SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. SHIPPING
We ship our straps via USPS from our warehouse in the state of New York and provide free tracked shipping within the U.S. regardless of the total price of your order. Apart from that we also ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and countries of the European Union which requires additional fixed shipping costs of $5 per order.
After your payment is completed it may take up to 48 hours to process, package and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
When we have shipped your order, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email including the tracking number of your package. You can track the current shipping status of your package with the associated tracking number at USPS Tracking. After we have shipped your package please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order (by postal delivery) we can’t offer you a refund or exchange any longer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same brand-new condition as you received it. It also has to be in the original packaging.
Return Initiation
To return your product, get in touch with us per email (support@snydrstraps.com) and we will get back to you with the details for the return of your order (process number of your return, address of our warehouse for returns and the possible shipping options for the return).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return. We require you to use a trackable shipping service when you return your order. After return shipment please send us the associated tracking number or a picture/photograph on which the tracking number is shown via email. Otherwise we can’t assign the return to your order.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) when you don’t submit the associated tracking number via email.
Please do not send your package back to the sending address. Our warehouse for returns has a different address than our dispatch warehouse. Regardless of that we need a separate return request from you via email in order to assign a process number to your return and associated order.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection. If your return is approved, we will refund the order amount within the following 24 hours back to the payment method with which you paid for your order.
A processed refund back to a credit card can take up to 72 hours (weekends or holidays are not included) for the receipt. Refunds processed via PayPal are credited immediately.
If you haven’t received a refund back to your credit card after 72 hours please allow it another 48 hours, there is often some processing time which varies from bank to bank before a refund is officially credited.
3. WARRANTY
We put a lot of effort in creating our straps and check every strap after production to ensure it meets with our high quality standards before we ship it to you.
All our straps (including the connectors, clasp and buckle) are covered by a 3-month warranty starting from the day of receipt by postal delivery.
The warranty applies for faults in materials and workmanship when the strap is used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. The warranty doesn't apply if damage is caused to the strap by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind after our 14-day hassle-free return period (as stated under II.).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs in case of a warranty claim. We require you to use a trackable shipping service when you ship your strap back to us. After shipment please send us the associated tracking number or a picture/photograph on which the tracking number is shown via email. Otherwise we can’t assign the warranty claim to your order.
In case a warranty claim is granted we reserve the right to issue a store credit, refund or replacement strap.
We don't cover any damage which occurred to your Apple Watch while wearing one of our straps. It is your responsibility to carry insurance for your Apple Watch either through AppleCare+ or another insurance carrier.
The warranty of SNYDR Straps sits alongside applicable consumer protection law. To make a warranty claim, please send us an email to support@snydrstraps.com with your order details and a description of the fault. Please include photographs of any fault (or if needed videos) because this helps us a lot in processing warranty claims.
