How can I contact you?

You can contact us at support@snydrstraps.com. We will reply within a few minutes between our office hours from 9 am - 6 pm (EST) to your request. Outside of our office hours we will get back to you within 2 hours.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE shipping worldwide via USPS, regardless of the total price of the order or the country, where you want your items to be shipped to.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Maestro), Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you would like to pay in another way (for example with a cryptocurrency or via another payment processing provider), we will try to arrange it. In this case please contact us directly via email.

Can I track my order? If so how?

After you purchase and shipping you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and all the information regarding the shipping and delivery times. You can track the shipment status of your order with the tracking number here.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship orders every 48h with our shipping partner USPS. You can check the estimated delivery time to your country here. If you live outside the US please note that there may be the occasional delays due to clearance processes of your country's customs which are out of our control.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at support@snydrstraps.com as soon as possible after placing an order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-days hassle-free return for your product. The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@snydrstraps.com using the e-mail address used to order the item.

How do I request a refund?

Once the products you returned have been received by us, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
